The TCG Package is a ticket that gains you entrance to all main areas of SiestaCon and entry to one of the two large TCG events that will be held on-site.

Tickets may only be purchased on the SiestaCon website and at the Box Office the day of the event.
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for online payments. Please check carefully to ensure that you have entered your payment details correctly.
- Error code 822 is an address mismatch. Your postal code (and your address) must be an exact match to the *billing* address on the credit card you’re using for your purchase. If it’s not an exact match, the transaction won’t go through. (This is protecting both parties from credit card fraud.)
- Error code 314 and Error code 697 means your transaction was not authenticated by your financial institution. Please contact them for further information. An example of why they would not authorize the transaction is if there are certain parameters set on your card for online shopping or daily limits.
Please note that in all of these cases, your bank may have temporarily preauthorized the transaction and therefore it will appear to have been deducted from your card. The transaction was not completed and the pre-authorization will reverse shortly (timing depends on your financial institution).
We prefer that ticket be printed to be scanned, but we can also scan the barcode on your phone. We will have the capability to manually check-in guests.
Please log into the SiestaCon site using the email you used when purchasing the ticket. Click MY ACCOUNT at the top right of the page. You will see a link called DOWNLOADS. Clicking this give you access to your ticket. If you are still unable to retrieve your ticket, send an email to info@siestacon.com, and we can resend it. If worse comes to worst, we can manually check you in at Will Call.
Tickets can be purchased as gifts for family and friends. Once a ticket has been scanned at the Box Office, it will not be usable again.
Children ages 10 and up must have a regular pass, available on our Tickets page. Children 9 and under get free entry and do not require a pass.
Partial order refund requests will be accepted prior to refund deadline. Please indicate in your refund request which ticket(s) you wish to get refunded from your purchase.
All paid admission tickets can be refunded up until May 11th, 2024, at 10 AM EST.
Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes, shipping fees and merchandise add-ons. Service charges are non-refundable. If refund requests are made after tickets have shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
For assistance or to refund your shipping, email refunds@siestacon.com including the following information:
- Transaction ID (this can be found on your purchase confirmation email)
- Email address used to purchase tickets
Refund requests made without this information cannot be processed.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.
SiestaCon reserves the right to change and/or alter the refund terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary. Decisions related to refunds made by SiestaCon are final.
