Proxies MUST follow these guidelines:
Paper Printout Proxies: Color of Black & White is acceptable. Must be in English, Trimmed to fit within a Card sleeve and fit well over the actual card in the sleeve as to not be obvious that there is something in the sleeve.
Proxy Cards: Must be in English, have the proper dimensions for a Magic the Gathering card, and an not be an actually MTG card with marker scrawled on them.
