Partial order refund requests will be accepted prior to refund deadline. Please indicate in your refund request which ticket(s) you wish to get refunded from your purchase.
All paid admission tickets can be refunded up until May 11th, 2024, at 10 AM EST.
Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes, shipping fees and merchandise add-ons. Service charges are non-refundable. If refund requests are made after tickets have shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
For assistance or to refund your shipping, email refunds@siestacon.com including the following information:
- Transaction ID (this can be found on your purchase confirmation email)
- Email address used to purchase tickets
Refund requests made without this information cannot be processed.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.
SiestaCon reserves the right to change and/or alter the refund terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary. Decisions related to refunds made by SiestaCon are final.
After the refund deadline, all sales are final.
